Leila Hertzberg, CEO

Professional with over 25 years of experience in Business Management, Outreach, Non-Profit Support, Fundraising, Military Liaison, and Event Management. PMP Certified, Master's in International Affairs, GWU, Bachelor's in Sociology and a minor in Russian Language and Literature, GWU. EAGALA-certified Equine Specialist with Individual Military Designation.

Emma Hertzberg, Director 

Nutrition Education and Outreach Specialist, Bachelor's in Nutrition from the University of Maryland. EAGALA-certified Equine Specialist.

Anastasiia Alieksiienko, Program Assistant

Project Coordinator and Communications Manager. Master’s degree in Political Science—a joint program between Catholic University of Leuven (Belgium) and Taras Shevchenko National University, a top-ranked school in Ukraine. Bachelor's in English Language, Literature and Translation.  She’s worked for Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the United Nations, and projects sponsored by USAID, the EU Delegation to Ukraine, NATO Information and Documentation Centre, the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), UN Women, and the European Investment Bank.
